We have just returned from Etasia in Tarporley having been taken there by our neighbours who are regulars.
Calvin was welcoming from the very first minute and helpful and attentive throughout the evening. The starters were first class (The best prawn toast I have EVER had!) followed by four excellent main courses. I had the lobster that was ocooked to perfection with ginger and noodles, my wife had pan fried sea bass that was also excellent, but probably the best meal on our table was the lemon sole which was presented exquisitely and tasted absolutely divine.
Visited on a Saturday evening around 8.30pm and I am totally amazed that this restaurant was not bursting at the seams and requiring bookings weeks in advance, how can people not know about this place? Visit soon you will not be disappointed.
As mentioned, this was our first time there but it will definitely not be our last!!

We were in Tarporley for the day and found Etasia. Staff great, food great, whole experience great. Children accomodated no problem and gave them the chance to try a variety of foods they would not otherwise have chosen Tapas menu for £10 cannot be beaten, awesome food.

14/06/09 Just got back from a wonderful Sunday tapas,oriental style. Excellent food and service second to none. Highly recommended, will be going back1!
